Automated call from Ohio advertising some "Financial Independence" Program. These people will leave a message on your voicemail.

If I were depending on SS, this would have completely freaked me out even though it's obviously a robo-call.

It sounded like a calling center with a delayed response. The caller said "hello, can you hear me?", I simply said hello again(you should never say yes), and the caller asked "can you hear me?", then "are you there?". I said hello, who is calling and hello after each question. The call then hung up. It seems they were trying to get me to say yes, when I didnt, the call was ended on their end.
